$1,001.00 to $25,000.00	$35.00 for the first $1,000.00 plus $11.00 for each additional $1,000.00 or fraction thereof, up to and including $25,000.00
$25,001.00 to $50,000.00	$299.00 for the first $25,000.00 plus $7.00 for each additional $1,000.00 or fraction thereof, up to and including $50,000.00
$50,001.00 to $100,000.00	$474.00 for the first $50,000.00 plus $5.00 for each additional $1,000.00 or fraction thereof, up to and including $100,000.00
$100,001.00 and up	$724.00 for the first $100,000.00 plus $4.00 for each additional $1,000.00 or fraction thereof

Other permit types and fees
Description	Fee
Demolition Permit	$100.00 or $25.00 for buildings under 400 SF and without utility services.
House Moving Permit	$300.00 or $25.00 for buildings under 400 SF and without utility services. $150.00 or $25.00 for moves within Fargo's extraterritorial area.
Board of Appeals	$150.00 filing fee.
Plan Review*	Twenty (20) percent of the attributable building permit fee.
*Projects for which a site plan review is required

Other inspection fees and costs

Inspections outside of normal business hours (minimum charge: two hours).	$60.00 per hour*
Reinspection fees assessed under Sections 108 and 109 of the International Building Code.	$60.00 per hour*
Inspections for which no fee is specifically indicated(minimum charge: one half hour).	$60.00 per hour*
Additional plan review required by changes, additions, or revisions to plans (minimum charge: one half hour).	$60.00 per hour*
For use of outside consultants for plan checking, inspections, or both.	Actual Cost**
