The Engineering
Department is comprised of three divisions that are jointly operated and managed as part of the City's Engineering Department:
The Engineering Department is responsible for large-scale transportation and utilities projects within the City of Fargo. Under the direction of City Engineer Mark Bittner, the Engineering Department oversees the design, inspection, construction and replacement of the city's infrastructure.
