What Other Software and Equipment Are Available for the Public?

All public computers have a Windows XP platform with OpenOffice and Internet Explorer. The Main Library also has two photocopiers, four microfilm reader/printers, one electric magnifier, headphones, and wireless Internet access for people with compatible laptops. The Dr. James Carlson Library and the Northport Library both have a photocopier and wireless internet available.

Wireless Internet is free of charge and does not have a time limit. However, computers using wireless are unable to print on the public printers. Since each computer is different, the Information Desk staff are unable to assist in hardware/software configuration.
