Going Home: Fargo's Plan to end Long-Term Homelessness by 2016
Fargo's plan focuses on connecting p eople that need housing with the housing that already exists in the community, on effective service delivery, on prevention and on enhanced understanding of the issue.
The planning process spanned a period of eight months and involved representatives from more than 40 local organizations. The result of the process is "Going Home", Fargo's plan to end long-term homelessness in 10 years.
