Kevin James Fredrickson  Born in 1966, 5' 9", 270 lbs. Blue eyes, blond hair 2113 9th Avenue South Fargo, North Dakota

Offense Background: Fredrickson was convicted of Corruption of a Minor in Cass County District Court in 1990.  His victim was a female acquaintance under the age of 15.  He was also convicted in 2001 for Gross Sexual Imposition where the victim was a female acquaintance under the age of 15.  Fredrickson is a lifetime registrant.

Glen Russell Hart  Born in 1955, 5' 8", 150 lbs.              Blue eyes, brown hair                    528 27th Street North Fargo, North Dakota

Offense Background: Hart was convicted of gross sexual imposition in Cass County North Dakota, in 1995.  The victim was an adult female.  He was also convicted of 4th degree criminal sexual conduct in Ramsey County, Minnesota, in 1989. His victim in this was under the age of 15.

Offense Background: Larry was convicted in 1994 of gross sexual imposition in Cass County Court. His victim was a 14 year old female acquaintance.  Larry was also convicted of 4th degree criminal sexual conduct in Clay County, Minnesota in 1993 for having sexual contact with a 15 year old female acquaintance.

Daniel Patrick McDonell  Born in 1972, 5' 11", 218 lbs.,  Hazel eyes, brown hair 528 27th Street North Fargo, North Dakota

Offense Background: McDonell was convicted in 1995 of Gross Sexual Imposition; his victim was an adult female.  He was also convicted of Indecent Exposure in 1994 and Surreptitious Intrusion and Indecent Exposure in 2002.  All victims were strangers to the offender.  All offenses occurred in Cass County, ND.  McDonell is required to register as a sex offender and is a lifetime registrant.
