Offense Background: Brown was convicted in 1998 of Corruption of a Minor; his victim was a 16 year old female acquaintance.  He was also convicted in 1994 of Gross Sexual Imposition; his victim was a female acquaintance under 15 years of age.  Both convictions were in Pembina County District Court ND.  Brown is a lifetime registrant.

Gary Wayne Davis  Born in 1945, 5' 8", 175 lbs. Blue eyes, blonde hair 1122 2 Avenue South Fargo, North Dakota

Offense Background: Davis was convicted of Indecent Exposure in Richland County ND in 1999 and a second charge of Indecent Exposure in Cass County ND in 2007.  Both victims were adult females.  He is a lifetime registrant.

Jerome Alexander Demarce  Born in 1986, 5' 11", 194 lbs. Brown eyes, black hair 1423 6th Avenue South Fargo, North Dakota

Offense Background: Demarce was convicted of gross sexual imposition (GSI) in Ramsey County, North Dakota in May 2006.  The victim was a female acquaintance who was under the age of 15.  He was also adjudicated in Ramsey County, North Dakota for juvenile delinquency (GSI) in 2004.  The victim was a female family member who was under the age of 15.
