Offense background: Bell was convicted of Criminal Sexual Conduct on June 25, 2010, in Ottertail County District Court, Minnesota.  His victim was a male acquaintance under the age of 15.  He is required to register as a sex offender until 08/17/2035.

Offense background: Carrillo was convicted in Cass County District Court ND of 2 counts of Corruption or Solicitation of a Minor in 1998. His victim was a 16 year old female acquaintance.  He has to register until 08/11/2025.

DeJay Charles Jorgenson Born in 1983, 6' 2", 350 lbs.,  Hazel eyes, brown hair 2113 9th Avenue South Fargo, North Dakota

Offense Background: Jorgenson was convicted in Cass County District Court of Gross Sexual Imposition in 2008.  His victim was a male acquaintance under the age of 15.  He has to register as a sex offender until 09/16/2035.

Qui Van Le Born in 1967, 5' 6", 140 lbs.,  Brown eyes, black hair 607 Countryside Trailer Ct South Fargo, North Dakota

Offense Background: Le was convicted in Cass County District Court of Gross Sexual Imposition in 2010.  His victim was a 16 year old female relative.  He has to register as a sex offender until 06/21/2035.
 

Teresa Lynn Matilton  Born in 1960, 5' 1", 135 lbs., Blue eyes, brown hair 1122 2nd Avenue South Fargo, North Dakota

Offense Background: Matilton was convicted of Sexual Assault and Encouraging or Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor in Cass County ND in 1998.  Matilton allowed juveniles to consume alcohol and or use marijuana in her residence.  The victims of sexual assault were male acquaintances under the age of 18.  She is required to register as an offender until 09/21/2023.  

Michael Anthony Miller  Born in 1979, 5' 8", 170 lbs. Blue eyes, blond hair 1122 2nd Ave South Fargo, North Dakota

Offense Background: Michael Miller was convicted in 1999 of gross sexual imposition in Grand Forks County, North Dakota.  The victim was a female acquaintance under the age of 15. 

Donald Ray Ross  Born in 1983, 5' 11", 190 lbs. Brown eyes, black hair 2113 9th Avenue South Fargo, North Dakota

Offense Background: Ross was convicted of Sexual Assault in Cass County ND on 06/16/2010. His victim was a female acquaintance under the age of 16.  He is required to register as a sex offender until 06/14/2036. 

Charles Lee Thompson  Born in 1964, 5' 8", 170 lbs. Brown eyes, black hair 102 14th Street South Fargo, North Dakota

Offense Background: Thompson was convicted in Cass County District Court, North Dakota, of corruption of a minor.  The victim was a 17 year old female acquaintance.  Thompson was also convicted of criminal sexual conduct in Becker County, Minnesota, in 1985. 

Michael Warren Vadnais  Born in 1963, 6' 4", 210 lbs. Brown eyes, brown hair 356 7th Avenue South Fargo, North Dakota

Offense Background: Vadnais was convicted of Gross Sexual Imposition for incidents that happened during the winter of 2000 to fall of 2001.  The incidents involved sexual contact with several girls under the age of 10-years old.  Cass County District Court sentenced Vadnais to prison where he served 10 months and was released on 03/5/03.  Vadnais has to register until 03/05/2028.

Calvin John Wika  Born in 1973, 6' 2", 150 lbs. Brown eyes, brown hair 6 11 Street South Fargo, North Dakota

Offense Background: Wika was convicted of gross sexual imposition in Stutsman County, North Dakota in 1996. His victim was a 13-year-old female. He is a lifetime registrant.
