Prairiewood
The Prairiewood neighborhood became part of the city in the 1970s. It was built around the Prairiewood Golf Course. Prairiewood is a small residential neighborhood with a mix of rental and owner-occupied housing,
including approximately 240 single-family detached homes, 70 condos, and 25 apartment buildings.
